I’ve got a new stock music item in the pipeline as of today. Word is a lot of Pond5 buyers are interested in Schlager music. For fun I put something together in that general style.
For those who don’t know (I didn’t), Schlager is a festive, upbeat style of music that’s popular in Germany and Eastern Europe. It sounds like a 21st century take on good old polka. As an exercise, I created a sixty second piece in my best impression of the Schlager style. Here it is:
